Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Photos of the product and packaging are required so we can coordinate a replacement or resolution with the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
